By sponsoring an event, educational program, or even the entire season, you can provide exciting and creative cultural experiences for our community and demonstrate your philanthropic commitment to the arts in the Ohio Valley! We have several different sponsorship opportunities that we will gladly collaborate with you on to ensure the best representation for you, your business, or your family.
Opportunities for businesses and individuals range from $1,500 to over $10,000 and provide various benefits. These benefits include advertising in the WSO Capitol Series Program, mentions in our social media, concert tickets, discount codes for employees, and name recognition at the concert. Proposals may be tailored on a case by case bases.
Education sponsorship ranges from $1,000 to $5,000 and provides for instruction and unique performance opportunities for the Wheeling Symphony Youth Orchestra. Benefits are consistent with concert sponsorships.
A WSO Ticket Sponsorship allows individuals or businesses to provide tickets to local non-profit organizations supporting children and their families. Three levels are available from $500 -$1,500 and provide 16-48 tickets. These tickets help ensure that families can experience the gift of beautiful music together.
Our group sponsorship program allows individuals to unite to support the WSO through concert sponsorship. The minimum for group sponsorship is set at $10,000 – $1,000 from each individual or business. As a member of a group sponsorship, you will receive the benefits of group name listing in the program, on social media, in PR efforts, and from the stage the night of the concert. You will also receive preferred tickets to attend the concert and a preconcert reception. The most important benefit is knowing you played an essential role in bringing a quality musical experience to your community.
Each year, the WSO travels throughout West Virginia, Ohio, and Pennsylvania, bringing beautiful music to the masses. Each concert provides unique occasion sponsorship.
