Michelle Pissos
Viola Mentor

Michelle Pissos began her music career in the Ohio County Strings program under Ben Podolski. Her love of music led her to a Bachelor of Music degree in violin and viola performance from Slippery Rock University and a Masters in viola performance from West Virginia University. She is currently working on her Doctorate of Musical Arts in viola performance from West Virginia University. Michelle has been a member of, among others, the Wheeling Symphony, Youngstown Symphony, Westmoreland Symphony (PA), and Kingsport Symphony (TN). She teaches at West Liberty University as an adjunct in the music department, along with teaching private lessons in West Liberty and at Wheeling Country Day School.
