Jamie Carney

Jamie Carney holds Bachelor and Master of Music degrees from Youngstown State University. Jamie was principal cellist of the Greenville Symphony for four years and is currently a member of the Youngstown Symphony and Warren Philharmonic Orchestras. As a soloist, Jamie has been featured with the Dana Symphony Orchestra, Dana Chamber Orchestra, and Greenville Symphony Orchestra. He has performed in recitals throughout Ohio, West Virginia, Pennsylvania, and Colorado, including an appearance with Ensemble du Monde in Cleveland’s Reinberger Chamber Hall. Jamie also enjoys reading, challenging video games, swing dancing, and DJing swing dance events.
